| Q: What are Generic Drugs? What is the difference between generic and brand named drugs? |
| A:A Generic Drug is a medicine which is chemically equivalent to a brand-name product, but available under its ge
neric chemical name (e.g. Sildenafil Citrate is the generic name for the medication known as Viagra). The Generic drug is identical, or a bio-equivalent to its branded drug equivalent in dosage form, safety,
strength, route of administration, quality, performance characteristics and intended use. Generic Drugs are manufactured by the certified producer but not by the original drug's producer. Generic drugs can
be issued when the brand-name equivalent's patent expires. Upon the original medicine's patent expiration any pharmaceutical company can obtain a right on its production and purchase a chemical formula. |

Q: Why are Generic Drugs so inexpensive?
|
| A: Although generic drugs are chemically identical to their branded counterparts, they are typically sold at subs
tantial discounts from the branded price. The price difference is determined by a prime cost: brand-name product manufacturers spend tremendous amounts of money on research, testing, medical observation and
analysis, various non-manufacturing overhead, branding and advertising, etc.; however, to produce a generic drug it is only necessary to purchase a chemical formula. As a result, you get world-class drugs at
a reasonable price! |

Q: I have received my order but the pills are not the same as the ones shown on your site!
|
| A:Please note that the pills you receive may differ from those shown in the pictures on our site. The reason is t
hat we publish pictures of the brand named tablets so you can recognize the medications you are familiar with and that you need. The appearance of the pill (shape, color, name printed on pill, etc.) is the i
ntellectual property of the manufacturer and reproducing it exactly qualifies as a breach of the copyright. For this reason the manufacturers of generic drugs cannot reproduce the exact 'original' appearance
of the brand pharmaceutical. |

Q: How safe are the drugs you sell?
|
| A:There is no difference in effectiveness, safety or quality between a branded medication and its generic equival
ent. The health of the customer is paramount in what we do, so we guarantee that our drugs are manufactured in laboratories that carry out the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and stipulations laid down by
the US FDA. The generic drugs that you order from us are subject to the same stringent approval and regulatory process as all brand name drugs. |

Q: What is CVV2 in the registration form?
|
| A:The CVV2/CVC2 is a new authentication procedure established by credit card companies to further efforts towards
reducing fraud for internet transactions. It helps ascertain that the customer placing the order actually possesses the credit/debit card and that the card account is legitimate. This new feature is a 3 or
4-digit code which provides a cryptographic check of the information embossed on the card. Therefore, the CVV code is not part of the card number itself. The back panel of most Visa cards contain, on the sig
nature panel the full 16-digit account number, followed by the CVV/CVC code. Some banks, though, only show the last four digits of the account number followed by the code. |
